Annette Caravia is a clinician and educator in the field of hematology/oncology and blood and marrow transplant with over fifteen years of experience caring for both pediatric and adult patients. She has worked as a pediatric hematology/oncology and blood and marrow transplant staff nurse, as a nurse practitioner in blood and marrow transplant, and as a clinical educator for both hematology/oncology and cellular therapy. She is a Certified Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurse as well as a Blood and Marrow Transplant Certified Nurse. She is an active member of both the Oncology Nursing Society and the Association of Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurses.
