Kellie is an expert clinician, educator, and leader in maternal and neonatal nursing. She has spent over 20 years caring for mothers and babies in one the nation’s largest and top ranked maternal and children’s hospitals and has spent over half her career leading unit operations and staff and leadership development working in both the Nurse Manager and Director roles. Kellie has a strong passion for leadership development and inspiring nurses to continue their professional journeys through profession development and growth opportunities. Kellie serves as Nurse Builders as the neonatal and nursing leadership expert and speaker providing CE and review course content both in live and e-learning formats.

Louise is the Chief Executive and Learning Officer of Nurse Builders, a nursing education business specializing in certification, continuing education, orientation, and NCLEX prep. Twenty years ago, she started her business with one woman and one course. Today, she leads a team of 30 amazingly talented people who together bring digital education solutions to nurses and hospitals through an education empire providing over 40 different proprietary live courses, over 350 different proprietary e-courses, over 70 independently published book titles. Louise believes that nurses are problem-solvers who are uniquely positioned to bring solutions to change healthcare and the world for the better.
