Kellie Kainer, DNP, RNC-NIC, C-ELBW, C-ONQS, NE-BC, CNML is an expert clinician, educator, and leader in maternal and neonatal nursing. She has spent nearly 20 years caring for mothers and babies in one the nation’s largest and top ranked maternal and children’s hospitals both at the bedside and as an operational leader. She has led the development and coordination of a small baby program (SBP) from inception through the credentialing process. Kellie is active in both AWHONN and NANN and has presented at both national conventions. She is passionate about the extremely low birth weight neonate population and sharing her clinical and administrative expertise in the care of this vulnerable population. In this review course, Kellie will provide a thorough extremely low birth weight neonate nursing content review to prepare participants for the C-ELBW exam.
