About the course instructor:

Kellie Kainer, DNP, RNC-NIC, C-ELBW, C-ONQS, NE-BC, CNML

Kellie Kainer is an expert clinician, educator, and leader in maternal and neonatal nursing. She has
spent nearly 20 years in one of the nation’s largest and top ranked maternal and children’s hospitals
and has spent over half her career leading unit operations and staff and leadership development as a
NICU Nurse Manager followed by a NICU Assistant Clinical Director. Kellie has a strong passion for
leadership development and inspiring nurses to continue their professional journey through
professional development and growth opportunities. She holds both the NE-BC and CNML certification
credentials in management and leadership. In this review course, Kellie will provide a thorough review
of nursing leadership and management content to prepare participants for the NEA-BC and CENP
exams.
