With over 11 years of dedicated experience in oncology nursing, Nell has cared for patients across the full spectrum of cancer care – including medical, surgical, radiation, and hematologic oncology. She holds two certifications as an Oncology Certified Nurse and a Blood and Marrow Transplant Certified Nurse. Nell has specialized in providing care to patients in acute care settings, developing a deep understanding of the complexities of cancer treatment and symptom management. Passionate about education and professional development, Nell has served as a preceptor and mentor to new nurses and is committed to supporting peers in advancing their oncology knowledge and obtaining their certification. Nell brings both clinical expertise and real-world insight to the classroom and is excited to lead this Oncology Nurse Certification Review Course, helping participants prepare confidently for the OCN® exam and strengthen their oncology nursing practice.
